This is what you will receive after paying "Kindly be advised that orders take a maximum of 14 working days as per our website from date of order. We do not provide updates, since your goods are guaranteed to reach you before the lead time period. Should we encounter any challenges in completing your order, we will notify you of same both through email and Whatsapp. Once your order is booked for dispatch you will receive an email with a tracking number with which you can track your parcel. Do also note, that we do not do delivery by appointment. Deliveries are handled by the Courier Company and is delivered at their own discretion. Before posting your message on the social media platform, you should have checked your voice messages where numerous voice messages have been left requesting you to contact the given number to make arrangements. Also your number does not accept Whatsapp messages, thus it has been impossible to reach you. A last attempt will be made on Monday to deliver your parcel, there after we will follow up on the same platform you did putting our case forward.

They suggested that I get the item delivered to myself via Uber because they are not willing to do so. The shipping fee was R95. The item was R180.
