Candidate backdating

Poor poor poor service and communication. I registered as a Candidate QS and submitted the backdating application. After thee months I had to follow up of where we are in the process. It was stated that I submitted the incorrect application Document. After flying over seas the following day and only coming back a month and 3 weeks later, the correct application form could be signed by all relevant parties and was resubmitted.

Now again 3 months later, I followed up to hear what is happening, and not the application was rejected. In no email was it stated that the correct application form had to be submitted by a certain date.

This is such poor communication! I acknowledge that the incorrect application was submitted that first time.

1. Why does is take 3 months for feedback? 2. Why did I have to Follow up? 3. Why was a cut of date not provided for the resubmission?

No help what soever!! I was wrong and not the application is rejected!!

So you determine ones future, due to your lack in communication!! You ASSUME that I need to know everything!!
