The Soli’s apartment hotel worst experience
My experience was very disappointing. The place was incomplete and we paid a lot of money for a big group. The staff was unfriendly and untrained . On arrival at the reception, Nomonde didn’t know what to do and there was a lot of confusion she said we didn’t have a booking at all until I showed her a booking confirmation. We got to the unit and the aircon was leaking and the pool area was unpaved , how will we swim after stepping on an unpaved area ? We were moved to another unit only to find out that the gyser wasn’t working and also the aircon on the smaller room . I was very disappointed we bathed with cold water for 3 full days and only on the 4th day that’s when they came to repair the gyser . My family never enjoyed their stay . I would never advise anyone to book with them they have extremely bad service
