The Solar-Shop, Lithium Battery

This is a company selling Lithium Ion batteries at a discounted price, they arrive wrapped in plastic ina card board box. They have no manuals, cables, bolts, they looked damaged on the exterior, with paint chipped. They are being sold as new, however I suspect they have been installed previously in cell phone towers. Contacting Coslight is difficult, they are unwilling to help, and getting information from 'Gareth' is extremely difficult and frustrating. So far after 2 days the battery is still not installed in my system as I do not have the charging parameters or the monitoring software to check the cells of each battery.
