Solar Li-Ion battery

Saw a discounted price for a 4.8Kw Li-ion battery on their site, placed the order and paid for it for overnight delivery (once funds cleared into their account). Battery was only delivered 6 days after funds cleared. Expected a new battery (the impression on the site), but it arrived only wrapped in a black plastic bag, once opened it looks like a second hand battery, bolts to hold the battery cables missing, ID placard removed, another placard removed, scratch marks. Unfortunately I was not at the office when it was delivered and the security accepted it. The battery was not advertised as second hand. I've send a message to Gareth to enquire about this, he read the message last night already, but no reply from him. I wrote a review on their site thesolar-shop.co.za, but it was removed faster than what it was posted. My question to Gareth is: Do I still get the 10 year warranty as advertised? Is this a second hand battery? Will you supply the missing bolts, as without them this battery does not have any use for me. There was no paperwork/ instruction manual with the battery as what I received with the other batteries that I bought (not from thesolar-shop).
