If you would like to waste time, money and effort, this is the store for you! I asked them to re-upholster some furniture. It is nearly two months later and I still haven’t received the correct, completed piece of furniture (there is a whole, lengthy story behind this). When I wanted to cancel, they refused to. The saleslady makes promises and then refuses to take responsibility when the workshop doesn’t deliver. It seems like a very badly run business. Lack of communication, bad client-relationships, bad workmanship, unfulfilled promises….
