Worst Customer Service I have experienced!

<p>I have never been treated so horribly by sales consultants in both the Cape Town and Midrand branches of The Soap Factory.</p> <p> </p> <p>What started out as a simple telephone query regarding my online purchase ( I wanted to find out when I could collect my bath salts, as no one had gotten back to me), turned into a petty and extremely unpleasant confrontation of whether or not the sales lady KATHY responded to my email at all - which she had not. I do not know why this was relevant.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I wanted to know was when I could collect my product, and I received a snippy reply - this whole experience could have been avoided if KATHY had just answered my simple question in the first place.</p>
