Bad customer service

Kathy was shockingly rude to me via email.

I asked her whether or not she had rose soap available. She rep**** & said she had both clear and opaque options available. I asked her to add it to my order, but forgot to tell her I'd like the clear option. Less than 5 minutes later, I told her I'd like the clear option.

She rep****, telling me I wasn't thinking straight.

I phoned her trying to sort the matter out, but she was just instantly rude in a defensive manner.

I'd rather support a different company, where clients come first.
