Awfull service

Order and delivery went smooth. Had concerns about the fragrace misbehaving twice in my cold process soap. Sent Jackie the mail to give her the feedback. Didnt want a refund initially but got such attitude that I then did insist on it because their testing on the fragrance in my opinion wasnt accurate. Eventually was accused of not even getting the fragrance from them and trying to **** them. Sent her my pop and invoice were I did purchase it from them. Apparently now I'm going to hear from her lawyer because I asked for a refund on a product I wasn't happy with. Wasnt pleasant to deal with them at all.
