Bad service from Soap Barn

I experienced bad service on the the very first time I ordered from the soap barn. I ordered on the 18 Oct and up until today 30 Oct I have yet to receive my order. When I finally started calling the number on their website, as there's not even an email address, a lady named Priscilla kept telling me the couriers will deliver my order the following day. I've been calling for the past 3 days to find out if they have delivered my order but Priscilla always tells me that they will deliver tomorrow!!! It frustrates me as they make the problems that they have with their courier, my problems!! I'm their customer not the courier company's customer!! I always order online but it's the first time I'm experiencing problems with delivery. I don't think I will order from this company again, the service is just beyond poor.
