NOT ACCEPTABLE

I only rated a 1 star because it forces me to! Zunaid and his Mickey Mouse organization run a **** show. I have used Retailers from Instagram before and never experienced the tardiness experienced with The Sneakz Empire. Sadly he came recommended. That being said I want to be clear that whilst his pricing may be favorable the remainder of my customer journey experience has been a **********. Only to EVENTUALLY receive product and it is incorrect size and color . I have no trust to return and wait for the correct product. He doesn't respond to messages and does not answer phone calls. When I pay for a product I expect a service - SIMPLE! We as South Africans are too tolerant and accepting of bad service. Zunaid you are unreliable and have demonstrated no integrity in respecting your customer. Never in a million years would I recommend you to my worst enemy!! BTW FIX IT - I DON'T HAVE MY PRODUCT ORDERED
