Paid for goods I didn’t recieve

Paid for 2 pair of Nike sneaker they said early black Friday paid on the 7th I haven’t received the sneaker when I what’sapp or call on reply not even a tracking number please help or I get my money back They said shipping takes 2 to 3 days but it’s been 2 weeks with no communication
