Very unprofessional and no regard for personal belongings

I took my ALDO sneakers to get washed and they “lost” my shoe laces. They can only offer an apology and to replace them with cheaper laces which do not even look like mine. They told me there is nothing they can do and that I have to wait for them to “source” new laces when I need to wear my shoes
