The Sneaker Shack - Laundry Service The Worst to ever clean sneakers !

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with The Sneaker Shack - Sneaker Laundry, which I believe should serve as a cautionary tale for anyone considering their services. I entrusted them with my custom Air Force One sneakers, and they returned them in a deplorable state. Instead of the clean, refreshed shoes I expected, they bleached the fabric, causing the purple stitching to turn white and leaving unsightly blue and grey stains on the top. Not only did they fail to clean my laces and soles, but the damage rendered my shoes unwearable. When I voiced my concerns, they initially promised to restore them, only to later offer a mere R280 refund, as if that could ever compensate for the significant damage done to a pair of sneakers that cost me R4000. I find it shocking that they believe a small refund is a suitable resolution for the loss of my custom shoes. I told them it's non-negotiable: either they restore my sneakers to their original condition or they replace them entirely. The quality of service I received was abysmal, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Save your money and avoid the disappointment I experienced; it's simply not worth the risk.
