Terrible Sneaker Shack Rosebank

I have cleaned my sneakers at the Sneaker Shack Rosebank a number of times and the first few times it were ok but the last time was absolutely shocking. Customer service is non existent - you stand around to be attended to but no one acknwledges you instead all the staff is talking to each other - It is like you are invincibale.

Secondly, I had to hand my sneakers back to them when i collected it the first time. There was still mud at bottom of the soles and when I queried it the guy was surprised. He offered to clean it again and when I collected this morning effort was still as poor as the first time. Considering the amount of money, you have to pay to clean it, it is absurd how shocking the service and result is
