If I could give zero stars I would.

Would not recommend it at all. What a badly run establishment. Poor and substandard work, staff don’t know what is going on, nevermind the manager who is just as clueless as to the to operations.

If you can try & mend or wash your shoes at home, do so. Or else you’ll waste your time, money and energy dealing this.

Terrible customer service, or lack thereof.

Would not suggest. Save your shoes & headache, and rather go elsewhere.
