Sneaker shack is the WORST.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have had the WORST experience with them. Not only do they lie about the 48 hour turn around time they damaged my shoes!! I have complained with them & got told they will do a partial reimbur*****t of my shoes but then they own the shoes. I will never understand how a company that’s main marketing point is how amazing their shoe cleaning service is , has damaged my shoes so badly & their only solution is “ oh here’s some money not enough to get yourself new shoes & we’ll just keep the damaged shoes “ absolutely ridiculous & the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Do not waste your money on them because if they damage your shoes you’ll be out of a pair of shoes & will have still lost money on what you purchased the shoes for. I would understand if it was a partial reimbur*****t & I got to keep the shoes but the fact that they want them back is ridiculous to me.
