Lack of customer service

Courier service and company communication is disgusting. Ordered online services, courier arrived unannounced, company did not communicate dispatch either. After numerous emails and 12 calls later, the frustration led to me requesting a refund. As a first time client, I've never been so disgusted and disappointed in service. Never again. Rather do walk ins because clearly 3rd party technological communication is not their skill set. Mxm
