Good cleaning but make sure to leave your shoes in a plastic bag

The sneakers were well washed and the service was seamless, though I gave the driver my sneakers in a personalised velvet sack that I usually use for when I take things in for delivery and they gave me my shoes WITHOUT the bag. I contacted the driver, he kept promising that the bag will be delivered back and NOTHING. I then contacted corporate and it wasn't much help either as the bag cannot be located. This was a very sentimental and expensive bag and this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth.
