Disgusting service !!

If I could give a minus review I would ! Horrible experience business is run by amateurs. I took my sneakers in 2 weeks ago to the Oceans mall branch they were booked in , on Friday I receive sms to collect this was in the morning, I sent a driver in the afternoon to collect he’s told they not ready they are still wet can he wait, he couldn’t wait so they said they would phone me and arrange delivery. No one phoned me! I phoned the manager at oceans she said she was off and she would phone me back she didn’t . I phoned the head office countless times eventually I got through and sent my address . The sneakers arrive today and they are not washed ! For 2 weeks the manager says they were debating if they should wash them or not . 2 flippin weeks when I dropped off the sneakers they should have said right there they can’t do it and not wait for 2 weeks wasted my time and petrol driving to oceans and wasted money paying a driver to go collect and it wasn’t ready . I would never recommend this business even to my worst enemy, the head office is just as inefficient. I am disgusted !
