Bad service-Sneakers ruined

I took my brand new pair of sneakers to Sneaker Shack Braynston a month ago for a wash. The Sneakers came back completely ruined and I was offered an apology and: (a) dye to hide the mess on the shoes; or (b) a discount on my next wash. I rejected both options and complained to their head office instead, which asked for an opportunity to assess the sneakers and revert. It’s been weeks since the assessment started and there has been no feedback. Follow-up emails (there’s no direct telephone number) for feedback have simply been ignored. The service is just simply below par for the prices they charge.
