Bad service and manners

I took my Buscem sneakers for cleaning and colour restoration, i paid on the spot and the unproffesionalism of their stuff was very disgusting and they took almost 3weeks to do my sneakers .The restoration done was very poor they lost my laces , i had to make up and down going to collect my sneaker, they ignored my calls only to blue tick my whatsapp, Bad services i will not advice anyone to take their expensive sneakers they spoil them
