2 weeks without a word of my sneakers

I book my sneakers in on there 24/02/22 I then returned to check on the sneakers 04/03/22 the sneakers were not ready which I understood then I was told to return on 08/03/22 When I get to the store today they can’t tell me where the sneakers are after standing around for 10 mins then get told the sneaker are on they magically they will be there today but only at 4 to 5 o clock I am very disappointed with the lack of interest of the location of my sneakers
