Pending Refund

I ordered an paid for an item in Aug 2023, to date I have not received the order nor have I received the refund. 1st follow up with the Company was on 10 Sep 23, response received on 12 Sep 23 was that I will be contacted, I was not contacted. Followed up, 15 Sep 23, no feedback Followed up, 19 Sep 23, no feedback Followed up, 03 Oct 23, no feedback Followed up, 06 Oct 23, no feedback Followed up, 10 Oct 23, no feedback Followed up, 17 Oct 23, no feedback Followed up, 19 Oct 23, no feedback

At some point I even forgot about this pending issue.

Followed up, 20 May 24, received an auto response and a message requesting me to provide an invoice number. I send an invoice number proof of oayment on the same day, and heard nothing afterwards.

Followed up, 27 May 24, 30 May 24, 06 Jun 24, 12 Jun 24, 19 Jun 24. No acknowledgement no response. Terrible customer service. Terrible business etiquette, Terrible experience.
