Caution to parents - I would not recommend taking children to this dentist practice !

Based on my experience I would caution any parent not to take there child here. Most of the positive reviews will be based on the previous dentist who no longer work there? Or at least were no longer there. This review is based from today 16-07-2021

I took my Nine year old to his first Real dentist appointment, he has been there before and had teeth removed, he has always been brave, grinned and bared it, even told the dentist how much he loved her.

Little did we know that today that would be forever changed, the long and short of it is that the Dentist lacked any patience or compassion, was visibly irritable and after half hour we were told they had other clients and our time was up !

Today my son was not so brave and got nervous, that should have been where I stopped everything, but no I wanted him to get through the appointment and be done with it, so I encouraged him told him its Ok told him the dentist was doing her job and needed him to try again to sit still.

All the while the dentist was becoming more frustrated, after half hour of trying and my son in absolute tears I said sit up and give me hug to calm him.

At this point the dentist was very visibly annoyed, he lay back down she went back in, he winced and she Called it ! she was done ! we were then told that they had other patients and our time was done !

Just PS If children irritate you SO much then its simple Don't work with them ! My son did not kick and scream he did not shout the roof off, he was a little boy on your chair who was Scared ! Forever he will remember you and your treatment of him.
