Dishonesty of staff left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I had the worst service today by the staff at the slop. We paid for a full 1hour for two kids @R150 each. Just before the hour was up, the staff told my kids their time was up. When I asked Melusi (who was behind the kiosk) he feed me some story about the kids being tired. When I asked my kids they told me that they were told that their time was up. After kicking up a fuss my kids were let back on the slop that was now slow (I could only assume because the water/sprinklers had been turned off) the kids were bored and irritated at the suffen change I their experience and they git off the slop. When i asked I wad told that no the slop gets switched off so the water doesn't overflow. The staff refused to let me speak to a Manger because I only work with a owner and they told me they didn't have the owners contact. This place left such a bad taste in my mouth and I will not recommend it again. The staff is dishonest and treat people badly.
