Worst service at Silver birch

Went with my family yesterday to SIlver Birch Shop 20, Lifestyle Home Garden, Ysterhout dr and Beyers Naude Dr. We found a table that was empty and another customer came and said because he left a pram next to the table, its his table and we actually *****ing table. the manager came and was sooo rude to use and wanted to call security on us and demanded that we move and give space to the indian family. the treatment from that manager was soo bad, and would never recommend that place to anyone. We waited about half an hour before anyone could take our order while people that came after us were being assisted.
