Bad service

I phoned on the 13th January and requested a quotation for August, only to be sent a wrong quote I responded to them that they have quoted me wrong and they asked that I sent an email address on the 14 they never got a response back, tried calling them and couldn't reach them for about 2 days, they then requested another email address on the 16th I sent again, till today am still waiting for my response none of my messages have been responded from the 16th till today.
