Very irate customer

I purchased an item of sneakers from the Box in Attebury Value Mart on 8th May2025.

After returning the item as they didn't have the right size I was advised by the salesperson they couldn't refund my money. After several days I was referred to Branch Manager who advised me that my money couldn't be paid back to me in cash as they don't have funds available of which souds absurd.

I urgently need assistance as this issue is unresolved for the past month.
