After the shoes had been returned a week ago no documentation has been issued by them, let alone a refund and I am trying to find out why they do not issue the documentation but it seems no one is willing to provide an update.

I have been trying to get hold of them for several days and numerous calls and emails per day! Cannot waste my time like this anymore.

Not sure if they will do the refund or just take my money! That's to be seen.
