Return nightmare!

I ordered a pair of boots, was smooth and easy, the shoes then arrived within 3 days. Unfortunately they were way to big and I requested a return. I tried calling and waited over a week to get a response, finally they were collected. I was then told I would be updated once the shoes reached the warehouse, they would do the swap and send back. It's now been over 2 weeks ..... I have sent so many emails, spoke with Kamo on Monday who said "oh yes they were recieved last week, what size do you want and I'll log the shipment" I was then told it would arrive with in 1 to 2 days, still nothing. I called Kamo and the phone went to voicemail, I then emailed Kamo again this morning to which I got a response at 4pm (when they close) to say "when was the order collected for a return?"

I am very disappointed in the level of customer service, and the time it's taking to get the shoes I paid for....
