Is this website a ****?

<p>Purchased a pair of Nike shoes and a perfume on black Friday. Paid and received a confirmation email. On attempting to check the status of my order on the website I see it is 'down for maintenance' for the past 3 days. On the receipt there is only an email address to contact them to which there has been no reply and no phone number !. I can only think that this website was a ****? Beware in future.</p>
