I would like to make consumers aware of the ********** activity when dealing with The Shoebox SA.

I placed an order for a pair of Ladies Nike Air Shadow (Size 8) on 13 December 2022.

A subsequent payment was also made on the same day to the amount of R1400.00. With the instructions to have these shoes shipped to my nearest Postnet. I subsequently asked on numerous occasions for the shipping waybill number, which I still have not received.

However, I have not received my shoes yet. Communication was received from your WhatsApp number - *** on 21 December informing me that the shipment was delayed, due to transit and delivery delays. It is now 09 January 2023, and I tried calling the WhatsApp Number as well as your landline - *** earlier today, with no success.
