The Shoe Shop in cavendish

I had the worst experience buying boots at the shoe Lady in Cavenish. They sold Me boots which wear very bad quality. I wore them for the first time and the suede gills got marks on straight away and the back hill was mArked badly. I asked them if they could swop the shoes with one that doesn’t have a suede. They where very rude to me and said they can try auction them off. I wouldn’t have minded if they could just get them fixed. !! They refused to help.
