Bad service

My name is tsholo ..I brought nail gels from the shinning stone at maponya of Friday 17/01/2021 I didn't receive the ship ..I went back home testing the products ..was not happy cause the didn't dry off ...I went back asking for the refund on the 20 /01/2021 before days..as I know that .any store will return your money back within 7days ..that did not happen.they were do rude I even took the video and they started ignoring me and hiding their faces .. right now I tooy the video showing that their products are not working as proof.. going back tomorrow ...I won't leave them .. they are going to pay me back..can I get the advice what should I do please shop number 10 maponya mall soweto
