No communication and service!!!

I paid my order on 21 December 2020. Up to date I did not received any tracking reference email from them. Trying endlessly to get hold of them via phone, WhatsApp and emails. No reply. Aramex informed me that I am the second person to enquire information regarding parcel collections at the store. If they receive this complaint, I sincerely hope that they can provide feedback. I hope that I receive my parcel soon..
