Pathetic service from Shelly Point Hotel and Spa's restaurant Cattle Barren

I have rated my experience at The Shelly Point Hotel and Spa on the rating sent after which I also emailed the management about my experience at Hotel and yet I have not received any phone call whatsoever. I clearly highlighted that firstly the toilet smelled of pee during the stay because under the toilet seat it was dirty. My biggest issue was the food serving service by the Cattle Barren restaurant at the hotel. I have never waited a whole 2 hours and more for food. This after the staff who were so friendly and apologized as they had many people in the restaurant. It is a hotel restaurant so it does not even have that many people of which the kitchen staff is to be prepared for. The fact that no management staff came to apologiseis beyond me. The hotel is beautiful and the rest pf the staff are all friendly but if I find out that because we were sitted downstairs with my mother in a wheelchair, I would attribute this to be discriminated against because of the colour of our skin!is this is at all the case I am even going to be more annoyed about this and the fact that I have still not received a call from the management. After I had spent money in that hotel and not even small for the meal, to receive food at 10 getting to the room with my mother in the wheelchair and my daughter who is 3 and a half. I even asked for late check-out was not not given that and to still not even receive a complimentary service after this terrible service from the hotel is not acceptable! The whole stay was ruined because of this!
