Pathetic service from Cattle Baron restaurant and from management of The Shelly Point Hotel and Spa

I recently stayed at The Shelly Point Hotel and Spa in St Helena Bay and had a terrible experience with the Hotel's restaurant where we had to wait for food for two hours and no apology was give by management at all to date. After emails and rating in the survey I stil have not received a call from management because I want a complimentary stay after my hotel stay was terribly ruined the night getting to My hotel room late after waiting on food. As seating was differently placed due to circumstances the restaurant completely ignored requests and staff who were friendly apologetic awas accepted but to receive any apology whatsoever from management is beyond me! This after spending money in the hotel, getting to the hotel room lage the night after waiting on food and also refusal to give not even 30 min late check-out due to this pathetic service the previous night!
