Disrespectful treatment of supporting customer

A small gift shop and restaurant in Cradock Eastern Cape. Wilna the owner is a awful money grabbing person talking down at you and have such a disrespectful tone. I bought 4800 ZAR from them this month and wanted a refund on 1 item. But no. They have lost me as a customer permanently
