Answer the phone!!!!!

If this is The Foundation Clinic in Oaklands, then I can without a doubt, reassure you that you will take drugs or alcohol in the effort to speak to someone at the front desk. You will make it back from the bottle store before they answer the phone. At least they warn you that your medical aid will not pay for your stay in full.
