Terrible Service

Last year I received an email from Sharepartner to fill in the forms to either get a share certificate or sell my shares. I filled in a claim form & sent it back only to be told that it was not accepted because I did not go to the police station to do an affidavit. I then went and did the affidavit and resubmitted. On the first submission I ticked the option of share certificate and on the second submission I forgot to tick my option. In January this year I phoned Sharepartner because I wanted to change from share certificate to selling my shares. The agent I was dealing with told me that my claim had not been processed because I did not tick whether I wanted certificate or sell the shares. She said she will tick for me the option I wanted. I asked how long is the process going to take, she told me 16 weeks which took us to end of March counting from the time I submitted my claim last year. Now end of March when I call to find out what is happening, I am told that Sharepartner's admin department acted on the rejected claim application and I have to fill in another claim which will take another 12 weeks for me to get my money. I urgently need this money & this is costing me
