SHALA CREATION IS A ****

I've purchased a fireplace from this company in June 2024. Now I've realised that when it rains water comes in through a chimney down inside the fireplace even outside down the fireplace. Even my ceiling has stains now, the fireplace has rusted now it even makes notice outside

I called the person I bought it from and he confirmed that it's not suppose to do that he will come and fix it on Thursday or Friday and that was 3 weeks ago He didn't come I called him on a Saturday morning and he didn't pick up my call he then sent me a whatsapp saying he's at the funeral he'll call me around eleven of which he didn't.

Now his ignoring my calls and whatsapp messages, my partner contacted him and he promised that he's gonna come and he didn't. Last time he spoke to my partner he said he doesn't have money to pay the driver for petrol to come to our place. Since then he's ignoring both our calls and text
