I booked for December in August they debyed my account on the 28th of August on the 12th of October they send me an email stating that they are moving my booking to another hotel. I canceled that booking and to this day they have not refunded me, each time I call im told about 30, 60 now it was 90 days waiting period its been 5 months already and they keep saying we will get back to you.
