The Sedgefield Arms accomodation

We booked online early in the year for family of 4. The day before our arrival date I phoned to confirm booking. We were booked into 2 units. We have a 8 & 6 year old. We informed them that we booked a unit and they responded with a unit facing there bar and restaurant (guests looking into our room) , our braai area is basically part of the restaurant, with a jungle gym and jumping castle situated right next to our unit. As we went to bed for thefirst night, the noise from the N2 highway was so loud we couldn’t close an eye. ( besides being eaten alive by mosquitos) Anyway , the next morning we decided to move and was offered halve our total invoice as a refund of what was allready a redicoulous charge. When trying to reason with management there argument is “ you knew what you booked...”. Anyway I can carry on. I would not recommend this over priced , pathetic located, arrogant management venue at all if you ate looking for accommodation in Sedgefield.
