The Security Solution - Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria - ***

It's not often that one finds a business that bends over backward to provide great customer service! On two occasions in the past few months I've had a need for replacement batteries (watch, and [rather obscure] car remote). Fewer and fewer jewelers still replace watch batteries, but the Security Solution assistant did so while I waited. Similarly, for the car remote (rather than pay the car-dealer's inflated price!). After 4x "Sorry; no stock" responses from other outlets, they were the 1st shop to have stock, and even fitted the new battery for me - saving me from having to battle once I'd got home!
