Stonreidge Estate residential complex has serious problems

This real estate company runs Stonecrest, Stonewedge and Stoneridge Estates, as well as Stonemill Office Park. They have consistently failed tenants in dealing with serious issues at the units, most of which are falling apart. Issues such as leaks, no water supply and blocked sewage pipes were dealt with in a poor, unprofessional manner, namely by the individual who is the point of call for the units' issues, Monja de Vos. Be warned, do not invest in these properties. They look nice on the outside, and are centrally located, but they are breaking and were poorly constructed. Renting or buying here will only cause misery.
