This Restaurant Keeps its Quality Secret

We, a group of 8, visited The Secret Garden Restaurant on a chilly spring morning. Our host asked the manager to please warm our plates. We were adamantly asured that their plates were as a matter of course heated to the point that they were hot to the touch!

We ordered a round of coffee. After some time the coffee was served some in the saucer. The cream of the cappuccino and cream was sour, the coffee lukewarm and the hot milk for three guests remained in the kitchen.

The breakfasts were then served. The coldest plate of food I have ever received. The thick slab of tomato was I assume straight from the ice box. The host had the plates subjected to micro-oven therapy and the disturbed plates were returned still very much closer to fridge than stove. One breakfast was served without toast and those that had toast without butter.

The secret restaurant will never see me again.
