Total disregard for customer enquiries or complaints

They ask on their website: How can we improve our service to you? Here is the answer: By living up to their promises (extract from their website: "To ensure that we supply working products, each and every product is tested prior to dispatch".), and answering polite emails from customers that bought from them in good faith and a product arrives that did NOT work from the day the package (which was broken!) arrived. They do not answer to any mails: direct posts on their webpage or emails. No contact number to discuss the problem. BUY FROM THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
