*****man Pretoria are not consistent
The *****man in Pretoria,changed from a walk in to a online order business,since last year July it was a struggle to get stock ,and orders,ive tried doing online orders but sone where uts not working even their online brochure is incomplete,i eventually got a order out about 2 weeks back,but it took them a few days to reply,i accepted the order ,and wauted for 4days to go and collect due to i could not pic ut up,eventually went there ,and my order was not prepared,due to i did not pay online,and they where out of stock,wel i paid my order,the same dat 3hours later i was phoned my order is Ready, seriously this company is not seriously,went there to pick up my order,still gad to wait a half hour to get my order? and people that walk in are helped before paid orders,the fact that they still have a part fir walk in customers is great,but why go to all the trouble,to say no more over the counter sales ,but people are helped ,and youre online order/catalogue please sort it out.

*****man online shop only for companies
The ***** man changed there Pretoria store to a online store,but you can only buy in bulk,you are not allowed to buy 20 pieces of this product or 15 of the other it's only bulk,and you cant see all the products on their system,if you have not worked in that line of work you'll no know how to order online,they are making walk in customers to go to the general hardware shops,showing many customers away .not very helpful ,they only want to yae regular account big sales customers.
