Samsung Galaxy Note 5

<p>Our CEO asked me to find someone to repair his Samsung Galaxy Note 5 screen. Firstly, we were quoted R1800 and then on the day when they were here to repair the screen, then the price was suddenly R2800. We were desperate as our CEO cannot be without a cell phone so we approved the new price.</p> <p>The screen was repaired.</p> <p>Three days later the cell phone screen just went completely black and our CEO was in another city at that time. He was furious as he needed his cell phone to communicate, so he went to another screen repairer and asked them to replace the "newly fitted screen" which they did at a very reasonable price, they also noticed that the device was burnt inside due to the previous repair job.</p> <p>Now "The Screen Team" refuses to give us a refund us as they say we were not supposed to ask another company to repair the cell phone, we were to call them back again. They claim that the by removing the screen the other company damaged their screen, which they never came to inspect.</p> <p>Our CEO prohibited us from ever doing business with this company and I must refund the company due to them refusing to give us a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Screen Team is a very, very ***** company!</p>
